LASSWADE ATHLETIC CLUB

The second match in the East District League Cross Country League took place at Livingston on Saturday.  One of our under 17 athletes, Callum Clark , has prepared a report of the race which is attached for your information.

Callum has mentioned in his report the number of athletes that were competing for the club at Livingston and it was fantastic to see the club so well represented.  A total of 46 athletes competed for the club.

We are doing well and the the final league match is at Broxburn on 12/01/2013.  It would be great to build on the numbers that competed at both Stirling and Livingston so please let’s keep the momentum going for this final meeting in January.

The East District Cross Country Championships takes place on 08 December 2012 in Cupar.

IMPORTANT : The closing date for entries for this event is 26 November 2012.  If you want to be entered for this event then please let Linda or Kirk Smith know by Monday 19/11/2012 at the latest.  

For athletes hoping to be selected to represent the East District in the Inter District Event on 05 January 2013, this event is the principal race for East athlete selection.
