As from Thursday 23/06/2011. Forms for the club championships will be available from your coach, or from Dave McConnell or John Brash.
The Championships are at Meadowbank Stadium on 25/09/2011
This year for the younger athletes there will be a Run,Jump,Throw competition, Included in the program.
their will also be forms for the 110m Handicap for the senior athletes.
And as usual we will have the Mixed Medley Relay, which is payable on the day of the championship this is very popular so make sure you do not miss out.Get your entry in early
