The Road Race is nearly with us again. Numbers are good and everyone is looking forward to a great day.
A key part of the whole experience is the famous Lasswade Tea/Coffee/Sandwiches spread provided for Athletes after the race.
Ruth Szymanski is urgently seeking volunteers from the LAC community to assist with this task.
