Initially this will be on a staggered basis where we will start with one group then add groups at each session.<\/p>\n<p>The current schedule for a return is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thursday September 4th: Endurance<\/li>\n<li>Monday September 8th: Endurance, Sprints (Gordon), Hurdles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Further groups will be added as we go along with emails being sent to all members in advance.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6944 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/lasswade-ac.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/sa-inforgraphic-phase3-260820-300x199.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"503\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lasswade-ac.org.uk\/club\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/sa-inforgraphic-phase3-260820-300x199.png 300w, https:\/\/lasswade-ac.org.uk\/club\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/sa-inforgraphic-phase3-260820.png 707w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 503px) 100vw, 503px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In advance of all training sessions members will be contacted and must reply ahead of arriving at the session.
